Return & Refund Policy

At Layered4U, each product is 3D printed individually after an order is placed. Because our products are custom-produced and not mass manufactured, we follow the policy below.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been processed or delivered.

Each item is made specifically for the customer, and therefore returns or exchanges are not possible for:

Change of mind
Minor surface variations
Visible 3D printing layer lines
Small printing imperfections

These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives completely damaged, we will offer a replacement.

To request a replacement:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Email the photos along with your order details to: layeredforyou@gmail.com

Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Refunds

Since all products are made to order, refunds are not provided unless a replacement cannot be arranged.
